My Birthday and a Joyfully Sewn Designs Giveaway

Tomorrow, I will be celebrating my birthday! It's hard to believe that another year has gone by. It has been a year filled with many special memories and SO many blessings from the Lord. As I've been thinking back over the year and thinking about my upcoming birthday, I wanted to do something special this year for my birthday.

I've been given so much and have been blessed in so many ways by so many different people, and now I want to in turn bless someone else. If this is your first introduction to Joyfully Sewn Designs, thank you for stopping by my blog! I began JSD in the Fall of 2009 as an extension of the small local custom sewing business I had been doing since I graduated from high school in 1999. It was (and is) my desire to use the talents the Lord has blessed me with to help provide modest feminine clothing for mothers and daughters. Most of my sewing is focused on girls' clothing, but I also make some skirts and other custom items for ladies.

As I've been working on building Joyfully Sewn Designs this past year, I have branched out into a little bit of blog advertising, and have met some very special ladies who have become friends.
